Why we exist
Today, when you shop online, your money most often travels a long way: to huge platforms that take a large commission, resell your data, and know neither you nor the people who make what you buy.
Liberta Local does the opposite.
- The money stays local. You pay the producer or craftsperson next door.
- You know who’s behind each product. A name, a place, sometimes a face and a story.
- The platform doesn’t spy on you. No ads, no reselling your data, no hidden algorithm deciding for you.
- It’s simple, even if you’re not comfortable with technology. Everything is designed to be clear, and there’s always a human being behind it to help.

What you can do

A living map of your community: producers, artisans, community gardens, ecovillages, shared spaces, workshops, events… You see at a glance what’s happening around you. Filter by category, click a pin, discover.
🛒 Buy directly
Every local actor can open their own online shop. You order their products just like on any online store — but here, you’re paying them directly.
💶 Pay your way
Credit card, bank transfer, cash on pickup, payment without a bank account, or even the Ğ1 free currency. You choose. No credit card required to buy.
🎟️ Join events
Markets, workshops, shared meals, gatherings… Actors create their own events, and you reserve your spot. Your ticket arrives by email with a QR code: it gets scanned at the door, that’s it.
🚚 Receive close to home
Thanks to shared delivery and group pickup points, several producers can pool a delivery or a pickup spot. Fewer trips, lower costs, more common sense.
🤝 Support and get involved
You can subscribe to a regular basket, join a group buy, or even back a producer by pre-funding their season. It’s local agriculture and craft, supported by the people who benefit from it.
🚫 Eat according to your needs
Tell us your allergies and diet (vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, no pork…): affected products are automatically hidden or flagged with a warning. Every listing details ingredients and allergens. You can also exclude an ingredient in one click, even without an account.
🔒 Your privacy respected
On Liberta Local, your real name is never shown publicly: only the display name you choose. Your data stays private.
